Privacy & messaging terms
What we do with what you tell us.
Short version: we use your details to book and confirm your visit, we text you only if you said we could, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Last updated August 15, 2026
What we collect
When you request a visit we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred timing, and any notes you choose to share — including preferences or sensitivities you want us to know about.
We also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your approximate location by region, device type, and the pages you visited. We use this to keep the site working, not to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, confirm your appointment, remind you before your visit, and follow up afterward. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it. We do not hand it to advertisers.
Text messages
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent collected on this site are used only to communicate with you about your appointment requests and visits. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent information with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book — we will reach you by email or phone instead.
Confirmations, reminders, and receipts related to a request you made are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Any promotional email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees your information
We use service providers to run the site, store records, send messages, and process payments. They may access your information only to perform those services for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and contact records for as long as you are a guest and for a reasonable period afterward, so we know your history and preferences when you come back. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Guests under 18 should have a parent or guardian make the request.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be communicated before they take effect.
