New guest guide

Your first visit should not begin with guesswork.

Choose the closest service, share useful context, and let the configured salon confirm the exact appointment before you plan around it.

What happens next

A four-step request path.

  1. 01

    Choose a starting point

Select the service that feels closest. ‘Not sure yet’ remains a valid choice.

  2. 02

    Share the useful details

Tell the studio your preferences, timing, and any sensitivities or service notes.

  3. 03

    Receive a clear next step

The configured team confirms the appointment path rather than implying availability.

  4. 04

    Stay on track

When enabled, reminders, review requests, and rebooking prompts continue the client journey.

Before launch

Policies must belong to the actual salon.

These cards deliberately expose demo placeholders. A sellable snapshot should make configuration gaps obvious instead of quietly publishing generic policy language.

Changes and cancellations

Demonstration policy: provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Replace with the client’s approved policy before launch.

Deposits

Demonstration policy: a deposit may be required for selected services. Configure payment rules per client.

Service confirmation

Requests are not appointments until the installed salon confirms the service, time, technician, and any required deposit.
